Is it not possible to use the Inspect tool for free?

The website keeps pushing pro plan, and after wasting so much time with the anti human website UI and logging in two times, it still shows https://portal.avaloniaui.net/avalonia/get-license page instead of showing guide to how use the community version of inspect tool.

@babakfp sorry you're having difficulty navigating our portal. If you could email support@avaloniaui.net with more details about what you're seeing that was confusing you we'll try to get that straightened out (this repo is for the OSS product which isn't what you're having difficultly with).

The dev tools don't even do anything. it has no similarity to browser dev tools.

i click on mouse pointer button (inspect tool), then click on an element, nothing happenes.
try using the tree to find the elements i want to inspect, they are some times shown in the tree and sometimes not!
when shown, the properties panel does not show anything.

wtf is going on!

things are set up right. things are installed.

this dot net development this is just absolute garbage.

wpf was also garbage. the with its dev tools.

and with none of them HMR did not work.

it's insane how garbage these tools are.

Web dev is not perfect and has issues, yes.

But the dev tools you get is day and light different than whatever WPF and Avalonia offers.

Avalonia dev tools doesn't even work.

I explain about Avalonia devtools not working and people are not "something is wrong with you". what a joke community.

If you would like to give us more details or report a bug we're here to help. What you're describing is functionality of the dev tools that thousands of people use daily without problem - there's obviously something specific to your setup which is going wrong. We can't debug that from grumbling alone.

Please open a bug in the correct place https://github.com/AvaloniaUI/AvaloniaPro and give us technical details such as a repro, operating system, Avalonia version etc
