1102tools

price: free license: MIT Cloudflare Workers

Free, open-source federal contracting MCP servers and prompts for working with official government sources.

MCP servers and setup · Prompts · 1102tools.com · Privacy · YouTube

Independently developed and not affiliated with or endorsed by any federal agency.

Not sure where to start?

Get these three first:

  1. SAM.gov: where the work is. Find open opportunities to bid on, and check a company's registration and exclusions.
  2. USAspending: who has the work now. See who won past contracts, for how much, and when they end.
  3. eCFR: what the rules say. Look up any FAR or DFARS clause and get the actual text, not an AI's guess.

Working under the FAR Overhaul (RFO)? Add Acquisition.gov as your fourth. It has the RFO model text and the class deviations each agency has issued.

Add them from the install table.
