What changed

This continues Power Advantage as basePower, a Base Metals expansion for Minecraft 1.10.2. The original Advantage repositories are left intact.

  • Move the implementation and assets to basePower while keeping the released Cyano API and the narrow compatibility facades.
  • Migrate existing Cyano worlds without rebuilding machines. Keep inventories, fluids, saved work, oil ownership, configuration and OreSpawn choices across restarts.
  • Include the fluid-input and OreSpawn restart repairs found during the copied-world checks.
  • Update the README, changelog, migration guide, project description and logo. Keep agent files, generated saves and raw test output out of Git and the mod jars.
  • Run the isolated harness and migration-contract checks in CI as well as the normal build checks.

Checks

The local full release suite passes, including dependency, archive and Eclipse checks. The harness has 92 passing Java tests and 190 passing Python contract tests. Clean source exports reproduce the tested jars. The added hosted contract step exposed a checkout-name assumption in the tests; that is repaired with a relocation regression rather than disabling the check.

The exact main jar also passes 188 operating cases and 188 cold-state comparisons with each dependency pack, original Cyano migration fixtures, a disposable Sylvester upgrade and two finite-supply Steam endurance runs. The maintained pack uses the public Base Metals 2.5.1.110021 jar. The qualification notes keep the limits visible: not every machine has a 30-minute endurance run, and old third-party provider checks can still need an update.

Publication

This is source delivery only. The new CurseForge project ID is still unassigned, so uploads remain blocked. No tag or release is part of this PR. Steam and Electric will pin this exact source commit in their matching PRs.

Keep released Cyano worlds usable under the new name, including machine contents, oil ownership and OreSpawn settings across restarts. Retain the legacy API and compatibility facades.

Include the fluid-input repair, regression rig, qualification notes, project logo and updated installation guidance. Keep local agent files, generated worlds and test output out of the commit. Publication remains separately guarded.

You are seeing this message because GitHub Code Scanning has recently been set up for this repository, or this pull request contains the workflow file for the Code Scanning tool.

What Enabling Code Scanning Means:

  • The 'Security' tab will display more code scanning analysis results (e.g., for the default branch).
  • Depending on your configuration and choice of analysis tool, future pull requests will be annotated with code scanning analysis results.
  • You will be able to see the analysis results for the pull request's branch on this overview once the scans have completed and the checks have passed.

For more information about GitHub Code Scanning, check out the documentation.

Use the declared 1.10 target instead of inferring it from the local PA110 folder. Add a relocation regression and keep all typed-state and negative-control assertions.

The matching 1.10.2 updates are now merged: baseSteam in MinecraftModDevelopmentMods/baseSteam#1 and baseElectric in MinecraftModDevelopmentMods/baseElectric#1. Post-merge builds, CodeQL and wrapper checks are green for all three. The hosted mod jars match the machine-tested candidates, and the forks and local master branches are synchronized. CurseForge setup and publication remain separate; no tag or release was created.
