coding since 2011 | building in open source since 2018
I'm Albert Wu (PurePeace), a software engineer who enjoys working across the stack — from low-level systems and high-throughput backends to user-facing products.
My work spans Rust microservices, blockchain infrastructure, cryptographic systems, compiler design, cloud operations, and modern web applications. I've built smart-contract platforms, event-driven services, developer tools, and open-source libraries — and I enjoy understanding how the whole system fits together.
- 🦀 Rust & systems engineering — async runtimes, networking, protocols, performance
- ⛓️ Web3 & cryptography — EVM, smart contracts, zkVM research, blockchain indexing
- 🛠️ Full-stack & infrastructure — TypeScript, Python, Go, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS
- 🤖 AI-assisted development — using modern coding agents to accelerate experimentation and delivery
- 🌏 Based in Shenzhen, China · Working across borders and time zones

Open source, interesting technical challenges, and thoughtful engineering conversations are always welcome.
