Copilot Review Delta Brief is an offline iPolloWork Skill for comparing two supplied GitHub Copilot code-review snapshots. It creates a bilingual reviewer handoff that separates confirmed open, resolved, and new findings from items whose identity cannot be matched safely.
It is designed for maintainers, release engineers, and security reviewers who need to understand how a Copilot review changed after new commits without losing the evidence behind each status claim.
- Matches findings only by an explicit identical thread URL or stable finding ID.
- Reports
open, resolved, new, andidentity-uncertainclassifications separately. - Preserves location, severity, snapshot evidence, and the next reviewer action.
- Produces a concise bilingual Markdown brief suitable for a pull-request handoff.
- Works entirely on local supplied files and uses no account, network, executable, or credential.
- Export or copy the older and newer review summaries into two local Markdown files.
- Ask the installed Skill to compare those files.
- Review every
identity-uncertainitem against a stable thread URL or finding ID. - Attach the finished brief to the review or release handoff.
Inputs are two text or Markdown review snapshots. Stable IDs, thread URLs, state, file, line, severity, summary, and evidence are useful when present. The output is one Markdown brief containing bilingual counts, a delta table, uncertain candidates, actions, and an evidence note. It does not query GitHub or modify pull requests.
Open examples/review-before.md and examples/review-after.md in an iPolloWork project, then ask:
Use Copilot Review Delta Brief to compare examples/review-before.md with examples/review-after.md. Save examples/review-after-delta-brief.md.
The expected result is in examples/expected-delta-brief.md. thread-104 is resolved because both snapshots share its ID and URL and the newer snapshot says resolved. thread-130 is new. The identity-free auth item remains uncertain even though its wording resembles thread-117.

Version 1.0.0 targets iPolloWork 0.50.12 on macOS arm64 with the OpenCode engine. It is an ordinary declarative Skill with source.trusted=false and no permissions. Desktop acceptance imports the package, loads the Skill, runs the example, and inspects the generated brief. The Skill cannot verify live GitHub state, judge whether code is correct, recover missing finding IDs, or prove release readiness.
Why not match findings by wording and file? Those fields can change or collide. The Skill keeps such items uncertain until a stable identity is supplied.
Does a missing newer finding mean it was resolved? No. Absence alone is not resolution evidence.
Can it update review threads? No. It produces a local handoff document only.
