TribeWarez is a systems-engineering ecosystem focused on low-cost AIoT edge inference, decentralized P2P/mesh structures, retro gaming runtimes, and ultra-coherent compute architectures.
The project replaces traditional cloud pipelines and linear block topologies with deterministic compute runtimes running directly on resource-constrained microcontrollers, edge nodes, and distributed peer topologies.
Current Status: Active development across Nysiris mixnet infrastructure, Angels-95 game engine, P2P mesh protocols, and HexChain consensus runtimes.
A modern, P2P-replicated forum and hidden portal system operating over the Nym mixnet via Sphinx packet routing for metadata-minimal browsing and decentralized communities.
A PS1-styled multiplayer retro FPS game and engine built on C++20 and Raylib 5.5, featuring an integrated map editor (OZONE format), dedicated server daemon, and public MasterServer listing.
Foundational Rust primitives, cryptographic reference paths (Sphinx/Nym interfaces), and protocol execution components for Nysiris.
Interface and orchestration daemon for provisioning, monitoring, and managing distributed edge nodes and hidden service endpoints.
- 3D Hexagonal Lattice: Replaces traditional linear blockchains. Each block connects directly to 6 spatial neighbors, allowing concurrent validation paths and fast finality.
- Proof of Tensor Optimizations: Evaluates execution path optimality and MML (Meta-Model Learning) graphs rather than wasteful hash calculations.
- Consensus Runtimes: Implemented in
pot-o-validatorfor local verification, mesh consensus, and edge mining tasks.
- Resource-Constrained Runtimes:
#![no_std]-compatible Rust execution paths optimized for low-RAM microcontrollers (ESP32-S3, ESP8266, RISC-V, ARM Cortex-M). - Deterministic Tensor Graphs: Quantized model execution and memory-bounded tensor pathing without continuous cloud dependencies.
- Hardware-Bound Execution: Direct register-level and DMA-friendly execution pipelines for real-time local processing.
- Cover Traffic & Mixnet Routing: Integration with Nym/Sphinx packets to prevent timing analysis and hide peer metadata.
- Local & Mesh Topologies: Automatic local discovery (mDNS, UDP broadcasts) alongside peer-to-peer hidden service routing.
