fix(export): tag the MP4's colour matrix, primaries, transfer and range - #1460
Exported MP4s now say which colour matrix they use. Until now no export encoder set it, so the file had no colr atom and no VUI colour description, and each player guessed.
Why it matters
macOS and Windows encode BT.709 limited. A player that assumes BT.601 for an untagged file, ffmpeg among them, shifted saturated colours by up to 22 levels on a macOS export of v2.2.0-rc.3 (measured on a 12-patch chart).
Linux encodes BT.601 limited, so players that assume BT.709 for HD misread it the other way.
Change
ffi::tag_export_color sets primaries and transfer BT.709 (the compositor renders sRGB), the platform's matrix, and limited range, before avcodec_open2.
Called by every export encoder: macOS (BT.709), Windows (BT.709), Linux software and VAAPI (BT.601, the matrix of yuv.wgsl).
Tests
Windows: export_encoder_tags_its_colour opens the real encoder and checks codecpar. Passes locally.
Linux: l_export_h264_porte_son_etiquette_couleur, same check through the real try_open. Left to CI.
macOS: one line, compiled by CI. An export from a CI build will be checked on the Mac before rc.4.
No export encoder set them, so the file carried no colr atom and no VUI colour description, and each player guessed. macOS and Windows encode BT.709 limited; a reader that assumes BT.601 for an untagged file, ffmpeg among them, shifted saturated colours by up to 22 levels on a macOS export. Linux encodes BT.601 limited and was misread the other way by players that assume BT.709 for HD.
Each encoder now declares the matrix of its own RGB to YUV conversion, with BT.709 primaries and transfer for the sRGB the compositor renders, before avcodec_open2.

Walkthrough
The compositor now sets color metadata on export encoder contexts across Linux, macOS, and Windows. Linux and Windows tests check the color metadata reported in encoded codec parameters.

Summary
Color metadata tagging helper crates/compositor/src/ffi.rs
Adds tag_export_color to set BT.709 primaries and transfer, a supplied color matrix, and MPEG range on an encoder context.
Encoder wiring and metadata checks crates/compositor/src/pipeline_linux.rs, crates/compositor/src/pipeline_macos.rs, crates/compositor/src/pipeline_windows.rs
Linux software and VAAPI encoders pass SMPTE 170M as the matrix. macOS and Windows encoders pass BT.709. Linux and Windows tests check the resulting codec parameters; the Linux test helper captures the color metadata from codec parameters.
getopenscreen/openscreen#1200: Updates the Linux VAAPI export path with BT.601 limited-range tags. This PR also adds BT.601 matrix tagging to the Linux VAAPI encoder context.

Exported videos can show shifted brightness in players that honor the transfer metadata. Correcting that declaration is recommended; the test improvements would also prevent encoder-opening regressions from passing unnoticed. The remaining risk is bounded.

Fail on unexpected encoder open errors in the color test helper.
encode returns None for every VideoEncoder::open error. The color test then returns early and passes. If the tagging added before avcodec_open2 makes the open fail on a host that has libopenh264, this test passes without checking the color fields. The same helper also feeds the two sibling H.264 tests.
Return None only when the encoder is absent from the build. Propagate other open errors as failures.

Update the `encode` helper so it returns `None` only when H.264 is unavailable
in the build; propagate or fail on other `VideoEncoder::open` errors instead of
letting the color test and sibling H.264 tests pass without running.
Separate "no H.264 candidate" from "candidate refused to open" in the colour test.
The test returns early on every Err from VideoEncoder::open. If the BT.709 tagging makes avcodec_open2 fail for each system-memory candidate, open returns Err, and the test passes without checking the tagged parameters. The skip should apply only when no system-memory H.264 candidate exists in the build. A candidate that refuses to open should fail the test.
Making the expect unconditional is not a safe change on its own. The skip exists for hosts without such a candidate, and those hosts would panic. The open error currently carries refusal reasons only as a formatted message, so a reliable distinction needs a structured signal from open first.
