• Adds is_copilot_code_review and copilot_code_review_sources to Pull Request Review Comment-type schemas.
• Adds is_copilot_code_review and copilot_code_review_effort to Pull Request Review-type schemas.
• Propagates these additions across api.github.com and GHEC, including versioned and dereferenced artifacts.
