What changed in this PR
Updates the published OpenAPI 3.0 descriptions to reflect newly documented query behavior for notifications and revised authorization guidance for Copilot cloud agent org endpoints.
Changes:
- Added a new
is_doneboolean query parameter to notification listing endpoints. - Updated Copilot cloud agent organization endpoint descriptions to include custom org role permissions and changed required OAuth/PAT scope to
read:org. - Propagated these updates across versioned and dereferenced YAML/JSON artifacts.
