Static demos currently launch the TypeScript worker to check source that was already validated during export. Add an opt-in diagnostic exemption that requires matching document URI, source SHA-256, and compiler configuration URI/hash before returning no diagnostics.
Changed content or configuration and unavailable evidence resume normal checking. Completion and other language requests still start the worker normally.
