Hardware validation was not performed because the measurement requires two identical instruments, whereas the available hardware setup contains two different instruments: PXIe-6570 and PXIe-6571. Attempting to create a multi-instrument session with these devices results in Error Code: -1074099215, preventing execution of the measurement on the target hardware. |

This PR adds
nidigital_spi.py, a Python adaptation of the LabVIEWSPI.vialong with the supporting digital pattern editor project files.What testing has been done?
Manually tested the example using simulated hardware only.
