👋 Hi there, I'm Adam Richie-Halford

I run engineering for ROAR at Stanford, a research-grade reading-assessment platform now in 309 K-12 school districts. I build the team, the architecture, and the data practice that turn peer-reviewed science into something teachers actually use.

Shipping a K-12 reading-assessment platform used by 309 school districts to screen 160K+ students each year, including the psychometrics engine and the data and safety infrastructure underneath. We use AI to help our small team stay nimble and punch above its weight.
