Description(required)

The LOADING_ON_ACCESSOR dev warning (solid #4346) links to /reference/solid-js/diagnostics/loading-on-accessor, but that page didn't exist. scripts/extract-diagnostics.mjs refused to generate it because it couldn't tell where the skill section's explanation ends and its fix begins. This adds a FIX_STARTS entry for the code and regenerates against solid next at 5e68925. The result is the new page plus its row in the diagnostics index, with no other page changes.

The script also notes that FLUSH_IN_ACTION has a skill section but no diagnostics.json entry, so it gets no page. That's a solid-side catalog question and is left as is.

The warning's guideUrl pointed at a page that didn't exist. The extract
script needed a FIX_STARTS entry to split the skill section.
